Landscaping Operations Manager Southern Landscapes Property Management Winston, GA 30187 We are looking to hire a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations of our landscape maintenance division based in Winston, GA . This is a full-time, salaried leadership role reporting directly to the Director of Operations and Owner. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who understands the landscaping industry, can manage multiple crews, and is passionate about improving systems and growing with a fast-moving company.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee 6-7 lawn maintenance crews and ensure daily route completion Schedule and coordinate weekly and seasonal jobs using our software system Run daily and weekly meetings to align teams and reinforce expectations Participate in interviewing and hiring new crew members Maintain high quality control standards through site visits and crew coaching Build and improve operational systems to increase efficiency and accountability ✅
Requirements:
Prior experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance (management preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to stay organized and take initiative without needing to be micromanaged Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Comfortable using technology for scheduling and crew tracking
