In this role, you will support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficiency and productivity within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, a willingness to learn, and the ability to speak English and Spanish. Responsibilities Assist in managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company and customer policies. Oversee weekly scheduling and verifying hours worked for the accounting team Supervise staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance. Address operational issues promptly and effectively, providing solutions as necessary. Experience Proven experience in an operations role or something similar. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on teamwork. Bi-lingual Proficiency in data analysis tools and software relevant to operations management. Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus. A degree or similar work experience necessary.
