Group and Corporate Travel Supervisor Location:

Compensation:
Up to $70,000/year + Full Benefits Must Have Previous Group Travel Experience to Be Considered Are you a group travel expert ready to lead a high-performing team? We’re seeking a Group Travel Supervisor with hands-on experience managing complex group travel programs , especially in corporate and VIP environments. Applicants without prior group travel experience will not be considered. What You’ll Do:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Travel Consultants managing corporate and group travel Oversee group air arrangements including ticketing, costing, reporting, and deadlines Deliver accurate air cost reports, booking surveys, and planning insights to clients Ensure a high standard of client service and manage escalation resolution Support onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management Serve as the key liaison between internal teams, external clients, and VIP travelers Partner with workforce planning to coordinate staffing and shift coverage Enforce compliance with HR, data security, and operational protocols Provide on-site support for major events and programs when required Drive continuous process improvement and service excellence
What You Bring:
3-5 years of direct group travel experience (corporate or incentive travel background required) Prior leadership experience as a lead consultant or supervisor (strongly preferred) Proficiency in GDS platforms (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus) and contact center tools Strong problem-solving , communication, and customer service skills Ability to analyze data, improve workflows , and coach team members for success Highly organized, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented Must be local to Duluth, GA or able to reliably commute for on-site responsibilities
