Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations located in Alpharetta, GA. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, hiring and firing, training, and ensuring top-notch customer service within the company, and more. Qualifications Operations Management and Team Management skills Analytical Skills and Budgeting experience Customer Service proficiency Proven track record of successful operations management Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience in the landscape industry is required Operations Management Oversee daily operations across entire maintenance department, including installation, maintenance, and customer service. Machine and Truck Maintenance, purchases, etc. Ensure smooth coordination between crews, project managers, and administrative staff to meet deadlines and quality standards. Hiring and Firing, training, labor budgeting, etc. Implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency, safety, and quality. Monitor and manage resource allocation, including equipment, vehicles, and labor to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
