Mgr Air Export Forwarding – Dangerous Goods FedEx Logistics The salary range for this position is $71,618.88-$135,891 per year. United States, Georgia, Atlanta 3700 North Commerce Drive (Show on map) Jun 13, 2025 To plan, organize and control the input, movement, process/sort, and output of the operations to ensure a high level of service. Manages all other necessary activities which provide optimum service to customers. This role requires recurrent compliance training. Responsible for selecting, training, and developing a staff of 2 to 30 direct reports. Responsible for a staff of 1 to 30 indirect reports. Conducts meetings to provide employees with information regarding division/operation; applies consistent administration of disciplinary procedures. Maintains accurately all required reports/paperwork, payroll, performance reviews, goals, and personal record statistics through established paperwork guidelines. Ensures safety methods and programs are implemented and maintained. Instructs employees with/on methods to instill a service-conscious attitude, and minimize service failures. Ensures cost effectiveness of operations through established control of equipment, utilities and supplies. Maintains contact with customers (internal and external) with regard to conditions affecting the service level of area served. Controls movement and activities of all related products to ensure maximum efficiency. This position requires strong basic management, human relations and communications skills. 4-Year degree preferred/ equivalent in business. Minimum 5 (five) years business experience in the field/industry. Minimum 3 years management/supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

This position will be primarily on-site at our 3700 N. Commerce Drive facility with typical working hours of 8am-5pm. Preferred qualifications for this position include CargoWise experience, P&L Management, DG certification, and experience leading a team.
