This role will bring a systematic approach to managing the menu intake process, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring consistency across all brands. We are looking for an experienced Product Operations Manager to champion and evolve the Intake and Prioritization function for our Menu Management (Menu Catalog) team. In this pivotal individual contributor role, you will own and continuously improve how menu-related work is requested, evaluated, prioritized, and sized across our enterprise POS and digital ordering platforms. Your work will directly impact the stability, quality, and efficiency of our menu configurations-touching everything from ordering and fulfillment to payments and customer experience. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Retail IT, Operations, and brand teams to ensure our menu management ecosystem runs smoothly and scales with the business.
