WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead supervisory staff to meet processing goals, metrics, and targets
Ensure that adequate training and tools are provided to all employees
Evaluate and establish operating procedures
Ensure that workplace safety standards are met
Maintain positive relations with customers, vendors, business associates and employees
Ensure that supervisory staff is cross-trained in multiple functions, and embraces a team-oriented approach to problem solving
Develop, motivate and train all levels of employees for their professional development and future growth Job Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL NEED 5-7
years planning, directing operations
Practical knowledge of revenue drivers and efficiency standards to deliver positive financial results
Manufacturing and Production experience is a must
Experience leading continuous process improvements to achieve a safe and cost-efficient work environment that meets performance targets
SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel software applications
Clean and valid driver’s license
Ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions
Must be fluent in Korean

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional shop/yard environment. Frequent exposure to the elements (such as dust, dirt, rain,) and chemicals (such as fumes and fluids) occur during operation of construction and agricultural equipment, cranes, forklifts, welding, painting, etc.

The pay or salary range listed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum projected rate of pay for the specific position across our United States locations. The current starting salary rate for this position is $90,000. Wallenius Wilhelmsen team members are also eligible for annual merit-based salary adjustments, and participation in competitive benefit programs. Some roles in the company may offer an additional annual bonus. Additional details on salary or pay ranges and benefits will be available through the interview and employment process. Salary or pay ranges are separate from bonus opportunities and/or benefit plans.
