Position SummaryReporting to the VP of Operations, the Director of Operations-Retail Delivery will be responsible for operational oversight andgrowth. The successful candidate will be required to travel50%-75%. All travel is in the U.S. We are driven to be the leaderin our industry and will only accept those that live by that samedrive and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Lead a team of Site Managerswho will operate individual locations to deliver high levels ofservice and support for our customers Develop relationships withall levels of customer’s leadership including the site and regionallevels Develop operating budgets and manage each business unit’sbudget, P&L and aging reports Make decisions daily to directand impact the business for service and profitability Ensure day today operations meet company and customer standards Develop yourleadership team to take on additional responsibilities RequirementsThe Director of Operations position requires the following skillsand experience: Must be currently based in New Jersey orsurrounding area College Degree from 4 year accredited institutionpreferred Multi-site management experience (minimum of 10locations) Passionate Advocate for Customer Service and ContinuousImprovement Ability to manage, lead and develop all operationalstaff Self-directed individual yet able to work in an environmentwith multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customersProactive and decisive leader for the business with excellentcommunication skills A Builder, not a Maintainer Highly developedand disciplined in work ethic, accountability and follow-throughSolid financial and analytical skills including sound businessjudgment with experience managing P&L’s Expert user ofMicrosoft office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel)Ability to maneuver through various financial and operationalreports and convey needs, expectations and direction to operationalstaff.
