The Opportunity As our Director of Operations, you’ll report directly to the Owner and take full ownership of our non-attorney operations — from HR and Finance to Systems, Marketing, and Facilities. You’ll shape our business strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and drive execution at scale. Compensation:

$135,000 + 10% – 20% bonus opportunity

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do Lead strategic planning and quarterly execution alongside the Owner Manage HR, compliance, payroll, benefits, hiring, and culture Own the firm’s systems and SOPs — optimize, audit, and enforce

Oversee Finance:

budget, reporting, internal controls, and vendor management Monitor legal production (non-attorney side) and team performance against KPIs Direct facilities, tech, insurance, and vendor operations Partner with Marketing & Intake teams to ensure ROI and lead conversion Act as the glue between vision and execution — making things happen, fast

Qualifications:
You’ll Excel If You Have:

5-10 years in legal ops or business operations leadership Experience scaling teams, implementing KPIs, and building performance cultures Working knowledge of HR policies and compliance (Georgia-specific a plus) A get-it-done mindset with next-level organizational and leadership skills Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
