In this role, you will assist with company fleet operations, oversee the compliance with safety and efficiency standards, and review facility maintenance and safety protocols ensuring regulatory compliance and operational standards. This role will also assist with warranty claims process. Our ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong operational, leadership, and customer service skills. What you’ll be doing: Fleet Management Assist with the acquisition, upkeep, and utilization of all company-owned vehicles and equipment. Implement and supervise preventive maintenance programs to ensure alignment with DOT regulations and internal safety standards. Enhance efficiency in fleet operations, including tracking systems, fuel consumption, and overall cost management. Manage vehicle assignments, lifecycle tracking, and long-term replacement strategies. Safety and Portal Management Foster a robust safety culture and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations as well as customer-specific safety requirements. Maintain all safety portals necessary for vendor and customer compliance. Assist with regular safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and employee training initiatives. Support the implementation of corrective actions and monitor improvements. Facility Management Collaborate with branch leadership to oversee physical facilities across all locations, including maintenance, renovations, inspections, and vendor contracts. Ensure all sites meet safety, accessibility, and operational standards. Assist in facility-related budgeting, capital planning, and project execution. Aid in developing and enforcing facility management policies and procedures. Monitoring Operations Assist in the distribution, maintenance, and inventory of monitoring hardware, including monitors, wiring harnesses, antennas, and related accessories. Act as the primary liaison with Ayantra to ensure operational efficiency and system reliability. Review the monitoring work-in-progress (WIP) queue and ensure timely resolutions. Accurately and promptly invoice all monitoring-related service calls. Warranty Administration Facilitate the entire lifecycle of warranty claims, from processing and invoicing to coordination with vendors and manufacturers. Maintain thorough documentation and monitor claim statuses to ensure prompt resolution. Analyze claim trends and work with internal and external stakeholders to reduce recurring issues. Provide warranty-related reporting and support to internal departments. Other duties as assigned. What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is required. 4-5 years of experience with fleet management, safety programs, or a combination of both. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Suite programs. Ability to establish and maintain relationships and provide world-class customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. What’s in it for you?
