Operations Manager Lot 12 Collective – Erika Brown & Assoc. Grayson, GA 30017
- Hybrid work Lot 12 Collective is looking for an Operations Lead for up to 25 hours per week with the goal of a full-time position opening in 2026.
This is a hybrid position where you will work mostly from home, but you must live in the Atlanta, GA, area and be available for occasional in-person tasks. You must also be available for occasional travel. You must have 2+ years experience in operations and/or project management with strong skills in digital technology, streamlining processes, and communications. Job Overview:
As the Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the overall organization, composed of several branches (Strive Real Estate Group, Owning It & Living It Community). You will ensure efficiency, productivity, and the smooth execution of business processes. You will collaborate across departments to streamline workflows, manage operational strategies, and support team members in meeting performance goals. Your role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and overall company success.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy and Planning:
○ Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals. ○ Analyze current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions for increased efficiency. ○ Lead the planning and execution of operational initiatives that drive profitability and growth. 2.
Team Leadership and Development:
○ Foster a positive and productive work environment by encouraging teamwork and continuous learning. ○ Help senior management conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and develop training programs to support employee development. ○ Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. 3.
Process Optimization:
○ Design, implement, and refine operational processes to improve workflow and reduce bottlenecks. ○ Utilize data analytics and KPIs to track the efficiency of operations and drive decision-making. ○ Ensure that best practices are followed in all areas of operations. 4.
Resource Management:
○ Oversee the allocation and management of resources, including personnel, materials, and technology, to optimize operational efficiency. ○ Work with the CEO and CFO to ensure budgets are met, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations without compromising quality. 5.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
○ Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Finance, and various contractors to ensure alignment on business objectives and seamless communication. ○ Facilitate cross-functional projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables across various teams. 6.
Reporting and Analysis:
○ Prepare regular reports for senior management, detailing performance metrics, key operational updates, and progress toward goals. ○ Use data to drive operational improvements and make informed decisions on scaling business processes.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or related leadership roles.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Asana, Slack, and Google Drive required. software such as Convertkit, SamCart, Dotloop is a plus.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex, fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
Real Estate Sales Team Support:
- Assist with one- two on-site morning meetings a month for the agents; the first and third Tuesday of each month from 9:30am-11:30am at Bolst Brokerage (620 Glen Iris Dr NE unit 1a, Atlanta, GA 30308)
- Manage the tracking and organization of team items such as Supras or listing and open house signage.
- Coordinate and assist on-site with agent events such as homebuyer workshops, team outings and retreats, and client events.
Event and Online Business Support:
- Help organize and provide on-site support for virtual and in-person events, conferences, and retreats.
- Assist with event logistics such as registration, wardrobe, food, and guest experience during events.
- Prepare and ship client gifts for Owning It & Living It program participants.
- Run errands and provide support for retreats.
- Assist and help run on-site creative endeavors like live podcasts and photoshoots, ensuring all logistics are handled beforehand and providing clear instructions and creative direction for everything day-of so the shoot can go smoothly.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content for social media during in-person events.
Personal Assistance:
- Occasionally assist with personal tasks such as managing travel arrangements.
- Provide on-site support during travel for conferences, retreats, or other events.
- Assist Erika with any of her real estate listings needs; coordinate, communicate and assist with vendors and contractors such as stagers, photographers, appliance delivery companies, etc.
.. Including assistance with on-site needs such as listing or open house signage placement or appliance delivery receiving.
Qualifications:
- Experience coordinating events and working in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
- Ability to anticipate needs and be proactive without constant direction.
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and pivot when necessary.
- Knowledge of real estate (preferred but not required).
- Proficient in Zapier, Asana, Slack, Google Drive, Dotloop, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and email software such as Convertkit.

- Ability to travel for events and be flexible with evening/weekend availability as needed.
