As we scale rapidly, we’re building the foundation for world-class field service operations. We’re looking for an Operations Program Manager who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and is excited to help us build from the ground up. Role Summary The Operations Program Manager will drive the execution of critical cross-functional programs across Field Service, Field Engineering, Logistics, Customer Success, and Product. You will own the structure, coordination, and follow-through of initiatives that improve service delivery, technician efficiency, and customer satisfaction—laying the groundwork for scalable growth. Lastly, this role will also serve as a critical bridge between Product and Operations—translating the company’s product roadmap into operational readiness across field service, customer onboarding, logistics, and support systems. Key Responsibilities Program & Project Execution Lead and manage high-impact operational programs (e.g., site launches, tool rollouts, SOP deployment) Create program charters, timelines, and success metrics; track execution to completion Manage dependencies across field teams, engineering, CS, and product Program-manage cross-functional readiness for new product and customer launches, including real estate setup, technician staffing and training, inventory planning, and field communications Field Operations Optimization Partner with FO, FE, and Logistics to identify workflow gaps and lead improvements Coordinate rollout of process changes, tool upgrades, and training initiatives Align operations with KPIs around uptime, CSAT, cost-to-serve, and SLA compliance Cross-Functional Leadership Act as the connective tissue between teams: Field Ops, CS, Product, and BI Drive alignment on priorities and remove blockers that impede execution Facilitate program standups, status updates, and executive reporting Systems & Tooling Enablement Support the implementation and adoption of internal tools (e.g., ERP, FSM, dashboards) Gather field feedback and translate into product/tooling requirements Own the “last mile” of deployment for tools and processes in the field Requirements 5+ years in Program Management, BizOps, Operations, or Consulting Experience coordinating field service or hardware-focused ops preferred Strong project management skills (planning, risk mitigation, execution) Excellent communicator who can synthesize details and drive clarity Analytical mindset with comfort using metrics and KPIs to guide decisions Startup or scale-up experience a plus What Success Looks Like Operational programs are executed on time and deliver measurable impact Field teams report higher clarity, efficiency, and tool adoption Margins improve through better coordination, uptime, and reduced waste Benefits Be a part of a passionate and innovative team.
