Position Overview:

The Area Manager at Vacutek is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple service locations within a designated region. This role ensures that each location meets company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency while achieving financial and operational goals. Why VACUTEK Integrated Services? Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Monitor location performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed. Lead, coach, and develop location managers and teams to achieve high performance. Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for the area. Foster strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the Director of Operations to implement company-wide initiatives. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in office management or a similar role. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in office software and management systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions and enter confined spaces as required. Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
