Callaway Lodge Front Desk Callaway Gardens and Resorts Pine Mountain, GA 31822 Supervisory experience in a front desk or hospitality setting is preferred. Ability to work independently and follow standard operating procedures. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Word, and Excel (preferred but not required). Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure. Prior hotel or resort experience (preferred) . Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends, days, evening, night audit and holidays.
