Oversee daily operations of multiple vape store locations in GA ensuring stores meets sales targets, efficient
operation and high customer service standards. Manage policy practices, sales, budgeting, hiring, training, managing staff, store layouts, ordering, stocking, inventory and minimizing shrinkage. Monitor profits, retail performance, on-shelf efficiency. buying trends. Review financial statements, sales & activity reports. Implement improvement strategies. Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery. Provide training and support to enhance product knowledge and customer service. Motivate staff to meet sales objectives. Ensure regulation compliance. Travel to locations in GA as needed: McDonough, Locust Grove, Macon, Atlanta, Marietta, Austell.
Job Requirements:
- Requires a GED or equivalent
- 4 years’ experience in job offered or as manager in retail sales.
- Requires experience in managing store operations, overseeing sales, inventory management, implementing strategies to increase sales, store layout, and supervising and training retail sales staff.
