Operations Supervisor 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars McDonough, GA 30253 The operations supervisor will be responsible for the successful execution of janitorial services to our customers. This position requires mandatory traveling. Work with management on long-term planning to develop initiatives for company performance Coordinating different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities Oversight of schedules and assigning staff to customer locations Assisting management with staffing needs and time tracking management for payroll Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives Communicating with the senior officials about shifting company priorities and projects Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue Identifying opportunities to expand or shift course in order to take advantage of changes in the market Cooperate and assist with sales for growth opportunities in the different markets Maintaining consistency and quality control measures to sustain current customer satisfaction for retention
