This role requires hands-on leadership, sharp business acumen, and a passion for creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. Duties Lead and manage multiple landscape crews across various job sites Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution from start to finish Create accurate estimates for both residential and commercial landscape projects Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Optimize workflows and streamline operational processes for maximum efficiency Collaborate closely with internal departments (fencing, sales, operations) to ensure seamless project delivery Source materials and ensure proper plant and material selection based on project need Train, mentor and motivate crew members to uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards Monitor job costing and labor efficiency to maintain budget integrity Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with design plans Qualifications Minimum 5-7 years of experience in landscape management, including multi-crew oversight Strong leadership and team building skills Proven track record of managing both commercial and homeowner projects Expertise in estimating and budgeting landscape projects Deep knowledge of landscape construction practices, plants, materials, and equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities Ability to adapt quickly and remain calm under pressure Proficiency with landscape management software a plus Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required Ready to grow with us?
