Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily field huddles, staff safety meetings, and warehouse morning check-ins Conduct field visits—ensuring every crew is visited weekly Track attendance and equipment readiness via GoFormz Oversee crew punctuality, uniform compliance, and readiness for overnight travel Submit weekly manpower schedules Troubleshoot field issues and escalate unresolved problems to the Ops Manager Manage and report all damages, late check-ins, call-outs, and tool losses Review Homebase hours daily and enforce overtime limits Conduct on-site QC visits and review failed inspection cases Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and damage reports Travel throughout the state of Georgia 3-4 nights per week, or more depending on operational demand

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in field operations or crew management Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams across locations Strong communication and decision-making skills under pressure Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail), Homebase, and GoFormz Comfortable managing scheduling, reporting, and compliance workflows Able to balance field presence with administrative accountability Willingness and ability to travel overnight within Georgia as required
