In this role you will provide critical support for the Griffin, GA facility providing cost management leadership, analysis & forecasting, OIA tracking, inventory analysis, capital management, and compliance. Responsibilities Managing team of 2 on-site accountants and maintaining relationships with the Griffin Facility leadership Providing partnership and financial oversight for PSLD Griffin Warehouse Promoting our Safety Driven Strategy across all areas of the facility Participating in the development and support of business strategies for the Griffin facility, as part of the Griffin senior leadership team Preparing or leading preparation of reports which summarize and forecast business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings, based on past, present and expected operations Overseeing and evaluating the activities of the accounting staff, and providing for their professional development; analyzing and solving accounting problems Leading and ensuring a strong compliance culture

What You Will Have:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree Business Acumen:

Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company’s business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

Planning:
Tactical, Strategic:

Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.

Effective Communications:

Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Organizational Leadership:

Knowledge of leadership concepts and ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives.

Financial Analysis:

Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.

This position will be located in our Griffin, GA office This role is a full time position and currently requires 5 days a week in office Domestic relocation assistance is available for those who qualify Sponsorship is not available
