Job dutiesOversee general business operations, including accounting, human resources management, and administrative tasks, for manufacturing automotive interior and exterior sound insulation components that reduce noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH). Develop and implement long-term business goals and strategies to support and enhance automotive parts manufacturing operations. Analyze financial statements and business activity reports to ensure optimal allocation of budgets, staffing, equipment, and materials, aligning with organizational objectives and goals. Evaluate and approve sales strategies to maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying potential customers to maximize revenue and profitability. Monitor performance reports and make informed decisions on personnel activities, including hiring, promotions, relocations, and terminations, to ensure team effectiveness and alignment with company goals. Design and oversee the development and implementation of training programs to support employee growth and operational excellence. Organize and lead regulatory meetings with department managers to review the status of ongoing business operations, address challenges, and set action plans for improvement.

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Management and 2 years of managerial experience in general business management or accounting control.
