This role involves managing a team of janitorial staff, ensuring cleanliness standards are met, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.

Compensation:

$65,000.00/annual salary (US Dollars) The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program 401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

Staff & Management Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of janitorial associates. Ensure team members are trained in cleaning protocols and safety procedures.

Operational Excellence:

Monitor and manage cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards. Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues promptly.

Safety and Compliance:

Enforce safety policies and conduct regular safety audits. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Performance Metrics:

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.

Continuous Improvement:

Implement process improvements to enhance cleaning efficiency and reduce costs. Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Communication:

Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and with other departments. Provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in janitorial services or facility management are a plus.

Experience:

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in janitorial services or facility management.

Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products, as well as relevant software for scheduling and tracking.

Environment:

Fulfillment centers can be large and require walking or standing for extended periods.

Shifts:
