Entertainment and Operation Manager Surge Entertainment by Drew Brees – Baton Rouge 5555 Burbank Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70808 Surge Entertainment by Drew Brees is the top entertainment destination for kids, families and adults in and around the Baton Rouge area. We offer activities like bowling, strike arena, sports simulators, arcades and more along with a full restaurant and bar (Surge Prime Bistreaux). We are looking for someone to join our entertainment center’s on-site management team to help manage our staff and oversee the operations and customer service of our guests for all of the entertainment activities we offer. The Entertainment & Operations Manager role includes performing a variety of duties, including opening and closing, assigning tills and preparing deposits, ensuring staffing is adequately scheduled to support guests and programs, conducting pre-shift meetings with the team, managing cleaning responsibilities, safety checks, inventory and more. We are looking for hard working, responsible, light-hearted individuals with strong customer service skills. A strong team environment is crucial for our business so we need managers who will embrace and promote that type of a workplace and who are not afraid to jump in when needed to help out. This position is tasked with ensuring the park is a safe and fun environment by conducting a park walk-through to support the team, interact with guests, observing and fixing problems with the equipment and system operations.
