As a Corporate Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes and supporting the delivery of exceptional care. Responsibilities Complete and submit weekly census, hours worked, and projection reports to designated corporate staff. Review and approve monthly staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and compliance. Monitor daily authorization reports and compile weekly summaries of outstanding or missing authorizations. Verify that all client Initial Strategy Implementation and Monthly Strategy Implementation documents are current and accurate. Prepare and distribute a 45-day authorization list to Supervisors on a monthly basis. Maintain the accuracy of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) active client list for all regions. Review weekly service summaries to confirm that all clients have received services at least 2-4 times in the past 30 days. Ensure that new client and medical charts are created with up-to-date and accurate information. Oversee Quality Assurance calls, ensuring they are conducted weekly, and independently review a selection of clients for quality from the corporate office. Review progress note audits to identify training needs and trends for staff development. Qualifications Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role. Familiarity with administrative procedures and best practices. Experience working with databases and spreadsheets, especially Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude. Master’s degree in psychology, social work, criminal justice, or a related field.
