Channel your inner pizza scientist to develop production goals based on customer needs. Investigate any hiccups in the metrics and cook up ingenious solutions. Become the master of pizza math! Complete daily production reports, crunch numbers, and manage schedules like a pro. Be the bridge between our dough-main and the outside world. Interact with vendors and report operational data with pizzazz! Create a work environment so safe and positive, even OSHA would want to hang out there. Pizza Production Prodigy:
A slice of higher education: Bachelor’s degree in distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse management. For our level 2, 3 & 4 facilities, we’ll accept some college plus equivalent work experience. Bonus points if you’re bilingual
- we love a multi-lingual pizza party!
3-5 years of production, manufacturing, or retail experience. If you’ve got strong knowledge of bakery procedures and baking practices, that’s the cherry on top of our pizza! 3-5 years of supervisory experience. Show us you can lead a team like a pizza maestro conducts an orchestra!
A mind for continuous improvement:
If Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen were toppings, you’d know exactly how to sprinkle them for maximum flavor. AIB practices knowledge or certification? That’s like having the secret recipe for our special sauce! Proven ability to develop and lead team members. Be the cheese that binds our pizza team together! Results-oriented with organizational and decision-making skills sharper than our pizza cutters. Excel-lent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Spreadsheets should be your second language! Interpersonal and communication skills so good, you could convince a vegetarian to try pepperoni. Flexibility is key

Our ovens never sleep, and neither does pizza demand! Quality and safety experience that would make even the strictest health inspector swoon. Willingness to support a 24-hour operation. Be the night owl our pizza needs! Must pass a background check every third year. Consider it your triennial pizza purity test! Travel availability as needed. Be ready to spread the pizza love far and wide! Physical Requirements (aka Your Pizza Workout Plan): Stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours. Who needs a gym when you’ve got pizza production? Navigate our warehouse like a pro pizza delivery driver. Some of our facilities are longer than a string of mozzarella! Access all areas of the building safely. Ladders, stairs, gangways
