Job Description

Supervisor NelsonB Refreshing 11910 Richcroft Avenue, Baton Rouge, LA 70814 Overview We are seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Supervisor to oversee both field operations and administrative tasks. This leadership position will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning technicians, maintaining high-quality service standards, supervising daily office operations, and playing an active role in business development and client acquisition. This position requires a results-driven individual with strong leadership skills, hands-on cleaning experience, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities Field Supervision & Operations Oversee and manage cleaning technicians performing carpet cleaning, tile & grout restoration, upholstery care, vehicle detailing, pressure washing, and window cleaning, etc. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with company standards and safety regulations. Provide training, mentoring, and performance evaluations for technicians. Monitor supply inventory and equipment maintenance across all service categories. Schedule and assign daily routes and job tasks for field teams. Resolve on-site customer issues, complaints, or service concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure proper usage of chemicals and tools in accordance with safety and operational guidelines. Office & Administrative Duties Oversee payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees. Utilize POS systems effectively to manage sales transactions and customer interactions. Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and route optimization for technicians. Maintain accurate job logs, customer records, invoices, and reports. Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and HR functions related to technician staff. Implement and improve office systems and operational workflows. Liaise between field staff and upper management for consistent communication and accountability. Marketing & Business Development Lead and implement marketing campaigns to promote cleaning and detailing services. Build relationships with property managers, apartment complexes, businesses, and homeowners to generate leads. Attend local community events, expos, and networking opportunities on behalf of NelsonB Refreshing. Utilize social media, referral programs, and digital marketing to grow the customer base. Monitor trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and service gaps. Preferred Traits Self-starter with a proactive mindset. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
