With our continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to join our team in Saint Gabriel, Louisiana. In this pivotal role, you’ll work alongside the Director of Chemical Operations to enhance customer relationships, oversee day-to-day operations, and support the launch and expansion of our newest terminal. This is a unique opportunity to help establish Eagle’s presence in Louisiana and grow into the role of Terminal Manager as the operation evolves. Key Responsibilities Phase 1: Terminal Launch & Daily Operations Support Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers; perform daily service check-ins to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. Coordinate with maintenance, safety, and sales teams to establish partnerships with third-party service providers and schedule services as needed. Provide daily support to drivers, including processing paperwork, supplying materials, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Enforce adherence to company policies and safety standards, promoting a culture of safety and compliance. Assist with additional operational tasks as assigned to support the successful launch and stability of the terminal. Phase 2: Growth & Expansion Support the hiring and onboarding process in coordination with Human Resources as the terminal grows. Assist with payroll processing and employee records in partnership with HR and Payroll teams. Collaborate closely with the remote dispatch team to optimize driver utilization and scheduling efficiency. Partner with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities that expand business and strengthen Eagle’s presence in the region. Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Experience A valid Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements is required to assist with equipment relocation and emergency loading when needed. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and build effective working relationships. Knowledge of DOT regulations and a strong safety mindset. Previous experience (supervisor or leadership preferred) in transportation, logistics, or terminal operations A strong desire to grow within the company and lead a team with a focus on operational excellence. Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. A proactive, can-do attitude with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
