• Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive efficiency across our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in process improvement, project management, and business development. This role requires strategic planning abilities to enhance operational performance while ensuring profitability and effective resource management. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies. Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity. Supervise staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team. Develop and execute strategic plans that align with business objectives and drive growth. Oversee profit loss analysis to ensure financial health of operations. Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for business development and expansion. Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative ideas from team members. Qualifications Proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity. Strong skills in process improvement methodologies and project management techniques. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively. Solid understanding of sales processes and business development strategies. Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to analyze data for informed decision-making. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
