Position Overview:
The Regional Operations Manager is apivotal role that will contribute to the overall success of ourorganization by overseeing a specific region, including alladministrative operations: school, center, and homeservices.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-level support to multiple centers within theregion, ensuring consistent operational excellence and alignmentwith company goals. Oversee the operation managers of the service line, ensuringthey are delivering exceptional service and meeting establishedperformance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop andimplement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, customersatisfaction, and overall business success. Conduct ongoing training and development initiatives for CenterOperations Managers, equipping them with the skills and knowledgeneeded to excel in their roles. Analyze data and track inquiries to clients, identifyingtrends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for resourceoptimization. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, andteamwork across the region. Communicate effectively with senior management, providingregular updates on operational performance, challenges, andopportunities. Other responsibilities include oversight of school and homeops
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practicalexperience. 5-7 years of relative experience with a proven track record ofsuccess in operations management or a related role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire andmotivate teams toward achieving ambitious goals. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with akeen eye for detail and a proactive approach to addressingchallenges. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable ofbuilding relationships with diverse stakeholders and fosteringcollaboration. Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to driveoperational improvements. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment whilemanaging multiple priorities. Previous experience in relevant software/tools/systems is aplus.
