Here are the details:

Starting pay range: $80K

• $90K a year. Work a typical schedule of 7:00 AM
• 5:00 PM Monday
• Friday On Call weekends are required.

Day-to-day operations at the branch and help to achieve sales, customer service and profitability goals and objectives while improving productivity and efficiency Build strong relationships with associates, customers and vendors Develop employees and company culture by promoting mutual respect for each other, a positive regard for company growth, training, development, and retention of employees. What Skills and Experience We are

Looking For:

2 years supervisory experience with strong leadership and decision-making skills including proven experience successfully coaching and mentoring employees. Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills Demonstrated project management skills that deliver our intended scope on-time and within budget Proficient in the use of computers and software (SAP, Microsoft Office, etc.) The Lafayette, LA branch is a new location and will take time and effort to grow and develop into a fully functioning operation.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

CDL A License with tanker & hazmat endorsements are required Forklift experience 2 years management experience in the fuel and lubricant industry Knowledge of the Hampel Oil’s business and customer base Candidates will be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
