ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Business Operations Coordinator for ASM Global/Caesars Superdome | Smoothie King Center | Champions Square. Responsible for local market support for the Louisiana Stadium and Exposition District (LSED) in addition to corporate ASM related responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the Manager of Business Operations with research, data collection, and analysis related to the LSED-owned facilities
Assit with maintainenance procurement portal and general information elements of the LSED website
Serve as a project assistant on ASM Global corporate-level programs and initiatives
Assit with preparation of reports and accountancy related to best practices.
identify and analyze business problems, collects data, and recommends solutions to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall business performance
All other duties as assigned

Must successfully pass a criminal background check

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Education and/or Experience Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or related field from a two-year or four-year college or university
