We serve more than just food—we offer an experience rooted in culture, connection, and hospitality. We’re currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead our service team and ensure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and part of our story. Job Summary The FOH Manager plays a key leadership role by managing front-of-house operations, supervising the service team, and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and efficiency. Full-time position Schedule 8-hour shifts Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays Flexible scheduling Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day FOH operations Hire, train, and schedule hosts, servers, and support staff Ensure all guests are greeted warmly and receive excellent service Monitor floor operations, guest satisfaction, and team performance Collaborate with the BOH team to ensure smooth service coordination Handle POS and cash-out procedures accurately Address guest issues or concerns in a professional, timely manner Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment Support and enforce restaurant policies, standards, and health regulations Help build a culture of hospitality, respect, and accountability Requirements Prior experience as a FOH Manager, Supervisor, or team lead in a restaurant setting Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills Excellent customer service with a hands-on, guest-first mindset Familiarity with POS and reservation systems (Toast, Resy, or OpenTable preferred) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead under pressure Reliable, punctual, and highly organized Must complete Louisiana state-required ATC (Alcohol & Tobacco Control) training one week after first pay period. Must complete state-approved Food Safety training and certification High school diploma required; hospitality or management education is a plus Why Join Bayo Social?
