Are you a proactive and organized individual looking to make a significant impact? Join our team as an Operations Administrator! You’ll be the backbone of our operational facilities, providing essential administrative support to our front-line supervisors. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys tackling a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Management:
Enter work order information into SAP, including emergency work orders, and manage the lifecycle of maintenance work orders.
Coordination:
Organize maintenance work assignments, coordinate ordered parts, and update job plans.
Documentation:
Document and enter safety documents and standard operating procedures.
Attendance Management:
Support Kronos auditing, correct missing punches, notify supervisors of attendance issues, and manage vacation/leave time.
Employee Records:
Track non-confidential employee records in Workday, including union dues, orientation, training records, qualifications, and seniority.
Job Management:
Handle job requisitions, job change/transfer entries, and modify schedules and work rules in Kronos.
Service Awards:
Validate eligibility and distribute service awards.
Onboarding Support:
Assist with new hire onboarding, including IT setup, personal protective equipment, and orientation.
Access Requests:
Complete and manage access, IT, and cell phone requests.
Essential Skills:
1-3 years of administrative experience. Knowledge of maintenance and planning work. Experience in an industrial environment. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Proficiency in SAP, Kronos, and Workday.

Strong listening and comprehension skills. Ability to organize and prioritize workload. Capability to work independently. Effectiveness in interacting with various functional areas and facilities.
