Terminal Operations Manager 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Morgan City, LA 70380 Overview We are an asset-based flatbed trucking and logistics company that delivers materials and equipment to the oilfield locations, laydown yards, right of ways and customer facilities across the United States. The Terminal Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of our terminal, ensuring efficient and effective management of logistics and transportation processes. This position requires a strong leader who can coordinate dispatching activities and optimize transportation planning to meet demands. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of mechanical knowledge and analytical skills to enhance operational efficiency. Duties Oversee daily terminal operations, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Manage dispatching activities to ensure timely delivery and pickup of goods. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Coordinate transportation planning to optimize routes and reduce costs. Procure necessary resources and materials for terminal operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall logistics performance. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all terminal activities.
