Operations Leader As an Operations Leader, you will have a critical role in overseeing and managing various aspects of a local market. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing move crews, and ensuring that all moves are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability through strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives. This is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, leadership driven position you will have the opportunity to earn very well in and develop your skills as a leader.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Determine staffing requirements and facilitate the hiring process; coordinate employee scheduling, truck assignments, and dispatch of move crew Coordinate and direct fleet maintenance and equipment inventory Lead mover/driver training; responsible for team development and motivation Promote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation regulations and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration guidelines Serve as the “on-call” contact outside of normal business hours for movers remaining out in the field Complete performance audits during moves to ensure safety and customer satisfaction; oversee damage resolution process
