As a director ofoperations, you will plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate thedaily operations to ensure adherence to federal and stateregulations, organizational policies and procedures, andestablished goals/budgets. Additionally, you’ll be responsible foryour assigned branch’s financial success and serve as a drivingforce for growth by active involvement in sales and marketingactivities. Qualifications:
Aheart to serve patients and families and a passion for providingthe best possible care
Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursingschool (BSN preferred). Current state license as a registered nurse
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of healthcare management andsupervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriateclinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment(preferred). 2 years of hospice experience required.
Required:
Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, moveintermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight ofan average adult effectively.
