RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Empowerment:

Lead, manage, and empower a team of 3-4 operational staff, fostering a culture where they are accountable for performance, outcomes, and contributing their unique insights. Cultivate a positive and energetic work environment that encourages innovation, independent thinking, teamwork, and professional growth, providing space for team members to take ownership of their work.

Operations & Strategic Transformation:

Oversee daily client delivery and success, aligning operations with the company’s strategic vision and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our service offerings. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that not only enhance efficiency and effectiveness but also challenge the status quo and promote forward-thinking solutions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to rigorously assess operational performance, drive accountability, and use data to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for innovation. Identify, champion, and implement process improvements and best practices across all departments, with a focus on streamlining workflows and eliminating inefficiencies. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic plans, providing operational insights that directly shape business growth and direction.

Process & Workflow Innovation:

Spearhead the redesign and refinement of business processes and workflows to dramatically improve operational efficiency and scalability, with an emphasis on creating streamlined and agile systems. Integrate and optimize operational processes within the company’s CRM system to enhance customer interactions, data management, and overall efficiency, leveraging technology to drive innovation and automation.

Project Leadership & Change Management:

Lead cross-functional teams in project management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget while also encouraging creative problem-solving and adaptability. Drive change management initiatives to implement new processes and technologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and empowering team members to embrace new ways of working.

Service Delivery & Quality Excellence:

Oversee all aspects of service delivery to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality performance, while also seeking opportunities to innovate and elevate our service standards. Establish and monitor QAQC standards for service delivery, ensuring all operations meet or exceed internal and external benchmarks, and proactively identify areas for improvement and innovation.
