Join our team at Kubala Windows & Doors , a trusted leader in residential window and door replacement, proudly serving Western and Central Massachusetts for over 15 years. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Manager to work in our Ludlow office. This position is ideal for someone who is process-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of administrative functions, financial processes, and internal policy development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and maintaining customer files and records. Serve as the primary liaison between customers and third-party lenders to secure financing approvals. Guide homeowners through financing options and assist with completing applications and documentation. Ensure financing terms are clearly communicated to both customers and internal teams. Track and reconcile incoming funds from lenders and ensure proper application to customer accounts. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to support financing-related questions and resolve issues. Develop and refine internal procedures for managing financing workflows and lender communications.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in business management, office administration, or finance-related roles. Strong financial acumen and comfort with accounting principles. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and CRM platforms. Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems. Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.

Salary:
up to $65,000/year
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (on-site only)
