This competent leader is responsible for overseeing NCYF’s operating procedures.
Responsibilities Include:
Supervision of directors and the evaluation of company processes Developing and executing new growth directives Monitoring agency revenue margins and conducting budget reviews to maximize performance Reviewing NCYF documents regarding communication and productivity Working with the HR department to ensure hiring of competent staff Communicating with executive leadership to improve agency operations
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree in business administration or another related field 7-10 years experience working in an operations role and a minimum on 5 years in a management or leadership capacity Must be independently licensed (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or equivalent) Valid driver’s license with approved DMV, DCF, and CORI background checks NCYF provides paid trainings and excellent benefits!
