Core Responsibilities:

Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and scheduling Oversee daily operations, office systems, and performance KPIs Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA/HITECH, and company policies Maintain personnel files, manuals, and staff documentation Manage accounting functions: A/P, A/R, payroll, budgeting, and financial reports Address patient/staff concerns and ensure high service quality Coordinate education events, marketing, and vendor relations Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance Monitor costs, review fees, and support practice growth
