What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Operational Excellence:

Design, document, and oversee every system that supports our team—from transaction coordination and listing management to finance, marketing, and database operations.

Proactive Leadership:

Identify gaps, create solutions, and lead initiatives that improve productivity, client experience, and scalability.

Team Accountability:

Manage and coach administrative talent with high expectations, clear KPIs, and regular feedback. Consistency at

Minimum Qualifications:

3-5 years of operations or admin leadership (real estate experience strongly preferred) 1-3 years of team management experience Bachelor’s degree preferred Real estate license preferred (or open to obtaining one) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities Tech-savvy with the ability to adopt and train others on new platforms Why KW Boston Northwest?
