Your Purpose:
As Operations Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day functions of our cleaning teams with heart, precision, and accountability. You are the bridge between our clients and our staff — ensuring that every service we deliver lives up to the promise of care and excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, creating structure, and leading with both empathy and high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support cleaning teams to consistently meet or exceed quality and service expectations. Model and reinforce company values through daily leadership, coaching, and communication. Ensure all client spaces are cleaned to the highest standards with a strong focus on detail and consistency . Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients , regularly checking in on satisfaction, concerns, and evolving needs. Oversee scheduling, staffing, and quality control , ensuring smooth, efficient, and responsive operations. Conduct regular site inspections, coach team members, and resolve service issues with empathy and urgency . Collaborate with leadership to improve operational systems and identify opportunities for growth or improvement.

Requirements:
3+ years experience in operations, facilities, or team leadership (preferably in cleaning, janitorial, or service-based industries). Proven experience managing people and improving processes. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling, reporting, and communication tools. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
