- Legal Operations , you will lead a team of legal processors, paralegals, and assistants focused on litigation filings and case progression.
You’ll be responsible for optimizing legal workflows, ensuring compliance with firm and client standards, and using data insights to drive process improvements. Key Responsibilities Legal Operations Oversight Manage daily litigation processing activities across multiple jurisdictions Ensure timely and accurate filings in line with client and court requirements Monitor case inventory and allocate resources to meet deadlines and productivity goals Client Interaction & Compliance Serve as primary liaison for client communications on litigation matters Ensure client-specific protocols are understood, implemented, and monitored Provide regular performance updates and reporting to both clients and internal leadership Team Leadership & Development Train and mentor legal support staff and junior attorneys Conduct performance reviews and offer ongoing coaching Promote a collaborative and accountable work environment Data Analytics & Reporting Use legal case management tools and data analytics platforms to track KPIs Build dashboards and reports to identify performance trends and risks Recommend process improvements based on real-time data and operational needs What You Bring Proven experience supervising legal operations or litigation support teams Strong understanding of legal filing procedures across multiple jurisdictions Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience interpreting client service level agreements and compliance metrics Proficiency in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office suite Ability to analyze data, produce reports, and implement continuous improvements.
