At FOUND Study , we provide dynamic and community-driven living spaces across the country. We’re seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, build strong Northeastern University partnerships, and deliver exceptional resident service at our property in Boston’s Back Bay. You’ll be the go-to leader on-site — working with school partners, third-party teams, and building vendors — to ensure a safe, smooth, and successful living environment. What You’ll Do:
Lead all on-site operations for Northeastern University-leased property Serve as primary liaison to Northeastern University partners and third-party operators Coordinate with hotel teams on shared services and systems Drive performance through budgeting, KPIs, and capital planning Represent ownership in all building-related matters and partnerships
What You Bring:
2-3+ years of experience in property, hospitality, or student housing management Strong people, project, and partnership management skills Comfortable with financial reporting and operational oversight Familiarity with hotel coordination, vendor oversight, and institutional clients a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with the Boston real estate market and higher education sector. Experience with institutional master leases or student housing operations. Strong understanding of cross-property coordination, especially with hotel or hospitality elements. Ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and develop win-win solutions.
Compensation:
