Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Operations Manager to lead the delivery of a highways contract in the Suffolk area. You’ll oversee safe, compliant, and efficient operations, drive performance, and manage client relationships.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven leadership in streetlighting or infrastructure delivery
- Strong knowledge of
CDM 2015 & HSEQ
standards
- Commercially focused with contract management experience
- Excellent scheduling, communication, and team leadership skills
- Valid UK driver’s licence
Desirable:
