In this role, you are responsible for managing the successful development and execution of data-driven financial reporting and data analysis. You will drive and execute the financial analysis strategy and ensure the creation of high-quality business models to address financial trends for the field operations teams – ensuring alignment and pacing with the overall business strategy. This role includes monitoring and developing budgets, forecasts, invoice ownership and reporting on performance.

Non-Bargaining Responsibilities Responsibilities and Duties:
Strategic Leadership:
Providing strategic guidance to all aspects of the Business Planning function within Field Operations.
Operational and Financial Planning:
Directing the operational and financial planning and analysis needs of the field operations team.
Analysis and Reporting:
Providing integrated financial and operational analysis, including monthly performance reporting to Senior field leadership.
Performance Tracking:
Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to field operations.
Process Improvement:
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Financial Acumen:
Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
