Property Operation Manager Bar Harbor Cottages 144 Old Bar Harbor Road, Bar Harbor, ME 04609 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 12 Cottages here on Mount Desert Island. Housing included if needed. Duties Overseeing the local staff and their schedules- housekeepers-gardener Keep the self-service office stocked and looking good Regularly changing trash Conscientiously doing laundry (mostly towels everyday but we send all our sheets and pillowcases out to be cleaned by a 3rd party) Clean a cottage yourself as needed Inspect the cottages after they’ve been cleaned before guest arrivals. Making housekeeping boxes for the following day Walking the property and tidying up as needed Providing concierge services to our guests Qualifications Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflicts effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in office tasks and documentation. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
