We’re seeking an In-Field Operations Manager to lead the charge across Central and Northern Maine, ensuring that every project we touch meets our unwavering standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
As our In-Field Operations Manager, you’ll be the boots on the ground, driving excellence and collaboration across all project phases.
You’ll:
Lead Quality Control:
Conduct project inspections each week to ensure our high standards of workmanship, materials, and best construction practices are consistently met.
Champion Client Relationships:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients on workmanship warranties, quality concerns, and field operations—delivering proactive solutions and peace of mind.
Onboard Subcontractors:
Set the tone for success by onboarding new subcontractors to our processes and expectations.
Support Field Operations:
Partner with project managers in the field to monitor progress, spot risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies that keep projects on track.
Empower Through Training:
Conduct product installation training as needed, equipping teams with the skills and knowledge to exceed expectations. Promote a
Culture of Excellence:
Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement among our project managers and subcontractors.
Hands-On Involvement:
Assist with measuring and ordering doors, windows, and pre-construction walkarounds when needed, ensuring accuracy and readiness for each phase.
Manage High-Profile Projects:
Assist in overseeing high-stakes projects or temporarily fill in for project managers to keep things moving smoothly.
Ensure Safety First:
Schedule and lead safety training, and maintain OSHA and other safety certifications to uphold a safe and compliant work environment.
