Dispensary Manager Elixir Extracts 23 Breton Avenue, Sanford, ME 04073 Job Summary As a Dispensary Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a cannabis dispensary, and delivery service ensuring compliance with all regulations and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise dispensary staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
• Oversee sales transactions and cash handling procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment Qualifications
• Previous experience in retail management, particularly in a cannabis dispensary setting
• Must be willing to deliver and also dispacth incoming orders
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment
• Proficiency in retail math and inventory management
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Familiarity with payroll processes and employee scheduling
• Experience in customer service and resolving customer issues
