This is your opportunity to step out of the van and into the office — and help build something from the ground up. We’re launching a brand-new HVAC company in Belton, MO and we’re looking for a hands-on HVAC Operations Manager with real field experience and the drive to lead.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily HVAC operations Lead and mentor field technicians Manage job scheduling, equipment, and customer service Implement systems and processes as we scale Ensure quality and safety standards are met Be a key player in the company’s direction and growth
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years residential HVAC experience ✅ Mechanical HVAC license (or equivalent) is preferred ✅ Strong leadership and organizational skills ✅ Customer-first mindset ✅ Willingness to help out in the field when needed ✅ Entrepreneurial spirit — ready to build a brand, not just punch a clock
