Responsibilities:

• Drive the completion of projects on time within budget and deliver high quality standards
• Oversee and manage installation crews, project and scheduling managers
• Keep track of project activities, deadlines and documentation
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures pertaining to operations
• Implement policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations
• Leads coordination and integration of efforts among operations divisions to produce smoother workflow
• Establish effective strategies to drive team success by fostering transparency, collaboration and creating clear objectives and goals for your team
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
